USA Bricking Machine Evaluations

JULY SPECIAL

This month we are offering a special for a Level 2 Bricking Machine evaluation.
For every evaluation we will give a 10% discount on all parts used to fix your machine to manufacturers specs.

This is our first special ever and I would like to encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to have your machine audited. Many of the machines in the US are 10 years and older which means there have been many safety improvements over the years. In general most people don't take the time to recertify their machine due to various reasons.

A good rule of thumb is to go through your machine at least two months before your next outage so you have sufficient time to rectify any issues. Bench marking your machine is also a good way to keep track of your spare parts and maintenance costs. Also, on older machines there are a lot of obsolete parts. We will bring current parts books and advise you of all obsolete parts or parts that are no longer necessary for your machine. We will provide retraining which is a good way for your plant personnel to be active in keeping your machine running during an outage should troubleshooting become necessary.

This special is good through July (the actual site visit can be scheduled anytime this year)

Let's all be safe.

Hope to see you soon.
Thank you,
